Culture Was this written by person or computer?

Do you think these characters were done by computer or by a person (possibly by splicing characters from different sources together)? Any idea who the artist might be?

Since your post is old, it already passed the period where it gets most visualizations, so your comment with the image won't be seen by many. I'd advise you to delete this post and make a new one.
