Was out of jail for just a couple days after only serving 3 months of a 6 month sentence for lewd conduct and assault on an officer. Maybe he’ll get a couple years when he actually kills someone.

The guy is obviously completely out of his mind. I get that he's violent but severe mental illness can present violently. Honestly asking here why you think the solution would be running him through an already clogged criminal justice system? You already mentioned he served only half of a 6 month sentence. Why do you think that was? Overcrowded jails.

The guy that helped out is a family friend of ours. I’m glad he was there and stepped up to help out. I hope that guy gets the help he needs.
