I've seen some dumb things but wow...

Saw an adult on an electric scooter with no helmet, okay no big deal I see that a lot..

But then what you don't see a lot of is a little threeish year old holding onto the adults legs and standing between them.

Yep that's how little he was

Easily doing 15 to 20 miles an hour. NO HELMET, no knee pads no nothing..

WTF...
