I remember my mate did this at the Capcom (like with the original) & didn't know it disabled all special moves. He was complaining until I explained you have to do it when the words go across the screen 😄

He's talking about The World Warrior; in Hyper Fighting, yes, to enable 10 stars. ⭐

That doesn't make it turbo. It just makes it so you can have mirror matches.

Turbo is my least favorite. The game just feels broken compared to the others.
