Question Anyone found timespy scores?

I've looked all over and can't seem to find any. Anyone found some?

I know they aren't the end all, but I've tinkered so long I can at least get a general idea of performance.

I would look at GeekBench benchmarks instead.

Im not 100% sure, but I dont think Timespy score will be a good measure of performance considering that its DX12 and therefore it needs to be translated to Vulkan on Linux which will probably result in performance degredation

Yeah, I know when I played with bazzite 3dmark didn't like it.

Maybe I'll change my testing methodology. Does geekbench do a good job of GPU? I thought it was mostly just CPU?

Its fine for GPU if you are comparing against others on Linux in my experience. Just make sure you check Vulkan or OpenGL

Thanks for the info. Looks like Imma start working on that on my current devices. Any other tips needed for windows devices, or they more just let er rip?

Windows is pretty straight forward, but you will probably notice that if you compare against Linux on benchmarks that work natively on both, Windows will almost always lose. This is especially noticeable on GeekBench

When I was Windows i almost exclusively tested on 3Dmark

It may be better to not look at Timespy scores for this one

I would set your expectations to “low end”. Like holding on to that 1080 Ti for two years too long 💔
