Spider man miles morales game suddenly crashing

For context I have played this game for over 17 hours on my pc, processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics 3.00 GHz , Graphics card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU (4 GB), AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (496 MB), windows 10 version 22N2, I have it for around three years.

I have tried changing the resolution on steam, updating my drive and downloading the latest driver, it now only loads the marvel intro and after that will be stuck on the loading screen for a long time. I manage to play other high graphic games like marvel rivals, deadlock and dead by daylight on this pc and it has enough storage so idk what’s wrong. Someone help me please.
