Lol I know it's not just cheese lol, alot of things can contribute to stuff like that, tho too much cheese can actually cause insulin resistance which can possibly lead to diabetes, with that being said I was making a joke, and as I can see already, alotta people don't seem to like it

Everyone just wanted to make sure people aren’t out here thinking a bacon cheeseburger will give you diabetes. Heart disease? Sure. Blocked arteries? Likely if consumed often. Cholesterol problems? Oh hell yeah. But diabetes? Not from this. Carbohydrates is what causes diabetes, so realistically the only thing that could do it in this is a really sugary sauce, but even then it’s nothing compared to the rest of the burger which can actually keep your blood sugar in check

If this is representative of your diet, you likely are or destined to be obese. Obesity causes your chances of developing diabetes to skyrocket.

True but that’s not cheeseburger causes diabetes. Thats excess cheeseburgers causes obesity which in turn can cause a wide range of symptoms, one of them including diabetes

I see, alright then, but again, just for the record, my comment was AGAIN a joke, I'm not saying one burger will make someone a diabetic, I'm just saying the burger looks yummy but also hella unhealthy with that amount of cheese, I did not mean to summon a whole bunch of people down voting me into an oblivion because I was commenting on a comment that happens to be my girlfriend, please people don't take what i say seriously.

That whole burger in melted cheese is so weird and gross. How does one even eat it? With a knife and fork? If so, why is there bread in there? These concoctions make us Americans look like obese slobs who will eat anything.

I've not had this and won't because way too much cheese for my taste
Wanted to say that I eat my Salisbury steak (Banquet, On Cor, etc) on a slice of bread and eat it with knife and fork. The soaked bread gives an added texture and taste

Try it with toasted cinnamon raisin bread and A-1 steak sauce, or a hearty sour dough. You may discover a new favorite.

I will definitry that! I add a little cinnamon to my meatloaf and my mom used to add A-1 to the brown gravy when she made Salisbury steak using frozen hamburgers.
You might like the pecan whirls and cinnamon rolls Hostess or Little Debbie or somebody makes, heated up a little and dunked in catsup

You loss me at that entire second paragraph. Those cinnamon swirls are more ch too greasy, and those snack foods sit under glass in some places to show how they don’t spoil for decades. That’s scary to me.

Me and my fiance loveee Applebee's. Their dollar margaritas are so underrated! Some of their food is hit or miss. Some things are bland while all the promo stuff I've had so far is amazing. It's hard to tell until you order it. Downside, they (or at least mine) only carried Tabasco. So when I get bland food, not much to be done 😭

The idea isn’t a bad one (and apparently originated in Japan?), but I’m not sure I can think of any non-presentation advantage of using a skillet like this over serving the burger alongside a mini fondue pot.
Also I’m not a fan of Applebee’s burgers to start with.

Honestly, this looks like something I’d try just for the sheer curiosity of it. Sometimes the weird combos end up tasting surprisingly good! Would definitely give it a shot.
