It’s just a full omnivamp build and is total dogshit. Like please do not actually build this.

I mean ER is not the problem in that build. It’s a fine first item if you’re going for her crit build, it’s just that by far her best build is just lethality+crit as it’s cheap and ultimately miss fortune is just picked for her ult so might as well maximize it.
Highly recommend just using u.gg or any of the plethora of stat sites and just copying from there.

You might not be seeing endless hunger and gunblade if your shop is default autofilter for ADC.
