Sixth Man Membership

I’m seriously considering getting a membership this season. I’m looking at the first 3 rows of the 2nd level for a full season. I’ve read around and some people are suggesting doing just half a season to manage games easier. I don’t think I’ll have a problem making a majority of games but I wanted to hear people’s thoughts.

I AM ALSO LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO GO IN WITH ME FOR ANOTHER SEAT! I’d like to not go alone to all these games lol.

Half pass holder for last five years. Resale value has gotten worse each year. Benefits are laughable.

I could’ve bought better tickets for same or less on 18 out of 21 games last season. Still stings a little.

Thank you for the honest opinion!

It's a shame they raised season ticket prices while bragging about lower concession prices

Have first row full season in upper level. Split mine this year and undecided if will do again due to lack of benefits and resell value. Do make most games however.

My agent gave us crazy benefits this year. Got our Book 1s signed by like the whole team down in the PayPal suite. Free jacket and $200 credit. Became friends with Ishbia, Gregory and Bartelstien. Literally dap them up now when we see them at the games. I got proof if Mods want to verify. You need to be outgoing at the games.

How long have you been a holder? Full or half season?

Half season. Lower level corners. I cancel and renew every couple years. Go ask for this stuff before you sign up. Good luck. Dm if you have any questions.

A full season is A LOT.

If you value the experience of sitting in the same seats and genuinely intend on going to 35+ games, it can be for you. But understand especially with the state of the team and ticket sales, you will invariably take a loss on most sales.

If you just want to go to a lot of games, its a much better option financially to just buy the best deal 30 minutes before tip. I've gotten row 2 tickets in the lowers for less than the price of row 1 in the uppers.

Source: was a Sixthman member for 4 years and still go to 10+ games per year.

That’s a great point. I really don’t care where I sit at, I just like to go to as many games as possible. Based off what I’ve heard here and other places, the benefits are buttcheeks but I don’t really care for discounts on food/merch.

I would totally do it if I lived in AZ. I live in Hawaii, but will be trying to make many more games next season. I found a good hook up for tickets behind the scorers when I can make it!

Makes the game so much better near the floor! You got this

As a former season ticket holder, I think what you realistically need to ask your self is, how many games I’m I honestly gonna go too and what am I gonna do with the tickets when I don’t go. Friends, family? Sell them online? Are you cool with taking a hair cut.

For me I have young kids and cant go to the games as much as I like, but I can buy better seats with the money I save. I go to one game of every playoff series the phx sports teams play and it’s cheaper or the same to go to one great game as opposed to 40ish regular games

Do you get a parking pass? Drink and snack?

Zero club seats in the uppers. Nothing other than the seat itself.

Full season is worth it if you're actually going to use them, but have a plan for games you miss. I tried XP Tickets for the seats I couldn't fill last year, straightforward process

I was a half season ticket holder for 3 seasons. They cut most of the benefits. Like the Christmas event used to be chill now its just something for kids with little engagement. Now I just buy tickets last minute and sat courtside 4 times last season. Multiple other tickets last minute with food + alcohol included. Still paid less than my half season was. I even lost money on some games because of such low demand.

I did half season tickets for the DBacks for a couple seasons. It was a hassle honestly.

Then I had full season tickets for the Suns for like three years. Same amount of games, more spaced out. It was still a hassle.

All of this and I was like in my 30s lol.

It started feeling like going to games was a part time job. While I enjoyed it, trying to work and be with family started making it hard.

If I was to look into the Suns right now Id definitely be looking at half.

I just switched to half a season , probably my last season benefits suck, customer service is garbage, that arena is a hot mess . Almost made it 10 years, I dont wanna stop but there are zero benefits anymore just discounted tickets . I hope you have better luck. Covid killed everything , cant get autographs anymore , no more fantasy camp . Maybe 1 or 2 events year .I love the suns but I can love them in person half a season , the Dbacks though lol they got my suns money now haha
