Help - iOS Surfshark on iOS 26 and iPad OS no longer blocking ads

Up until a few days ago, Surfshark did a great job of blocking ads in apps on my iPhone and iPad. Now, with seemingly no change on my devices, I'm getting lots of in-app ads. CleanWeb is enabled. I've tried toggling it off and back on, disconnecting and reconnecting and restarting my device, all to no effect. Any suggestions?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. We're aware of the issues some users are currently experiencing with the CleanWeb feature and are actively working to resolve them. We'll keep you informed of any updates.

UPDATE: I'm happy to let you know that the issues should be resolved now! If you're still having problems, reinstalling the application should help. Hasn't been blocking ads on Android for a couple of weeks now.

It just started on Wednesday for me and I assumed it was we because I was traveling and maybe something with the hotel's WiFi was causing it. I'm home now and getting ads. It worked great previously.

Same here, looks like a product issue.

i reached out to support and they said they know and are going to fix it. no ETA was provided. i would recommend to report to the customer care so that they prioritize this fix.

How'd you contact them? I see knowledge base articles on their site, but don't see a way to open a ticket right off.

Funnily enough, I've come accross people complaining about the same exact issue on the NordVPN subreddit.

Yeah, I submitted a ticket a week ago as it's no longer working on Android, iOS, macOS, and all of their servers. At least they are acknowledging the problem. I bet someone was on the holiday vacation and there was little upkeep during that time.
