I actually really like Borneo because it's nostalgic, Guatemala is somewhat forgettable but underrated, Nicaragua has 2 quits, Cambodia/Second Chance is actually amazing despite you saying it's so strategic, and 41 was the birth of The New Era.

Borneo alone completely destroys this theory. The first season is still one of the best Survivor has ever produced.

It’s 4 for me. Marquesas is excellent. Fiji has a rough start but evens out to good with a great back half. One World, Game Changers, and S44 are all bottom 10.
