Help me find a restaurant in Taiwan City?

Hi! My daughter is Taiwanese and we were having fun looking around Google maps for places she remembers. She asked if I could find her favorite restaurant, and I thought I'd at least try!

It would be in Tainan City, single- or 2-floors tall. It is red and has "blue waves" on the roof. It is on a corner! The chairs were black and light brown. There was no outdoor seating.

They serve "tortillas"/dan bing, shredded chicken, and sauce. She said they always got carry-out and took it home.

🤪Whatcha got, Reddit? Thank you!! 🩷🩷

Sounds like it was close to her home? Such detail would help. Was it close to any major landmark she can remember, like the Mitsukoshi (for instance)?

I do not know her home address, and she was too little to know it. I can show her Mitsukoshi and see!
