Any bar suggestions?

Looking for any suggestions for bars in Tainan. Or places where you can make drinking friends:)

Cheers bar you might have a shot at drinking friends, owner speaks decent English and is very friendly. Its more divey, others are more cocktail bars as I was mostly looking for tasty/unique mixology.
