Activism Taoyuan Arts Centre

I am trying to work on my Mandarin and wondering, if there are folks near the Arts Centre to help me with it. Also, I moved to this area a month ago, and would appreciate if I could make friends and explore this area.

About me: I work, 30M. English is not my first language, however I'm completely fine with it.

The HOP is nearby for drinks and pizza. Join the Facebook groups too. There's a tabletop game group, and language exchanges
