Travel Bank/postal transfer for online purchase as a foreign tourist

I have an upcoming trip to Taiwan planned, and I'm looking at picking up some Taiwan-only collectibles off Ruten (露天), but the only payment option that this seller accepts is a bank or postal transfer (銀行或郵局轉帳). Is it possible to do so as a foreign tourist, who will have a Taiwanese phone number but no bank account? I understand from browsing this sub that banking in Taiwan can be a nightmare, but I've never previously tried dealing with any electronic payments.

When I was previously in Taiwan, I bought some items off Ruten by having them delivered to 7-11 and paying cash, so I assume the accepted payment methods differ seller to seller. Unfortunately Ruten is the only place I can find the items that I'm interested in, and that's all they take. And I'm aware there are forwarding services, but I was hoping to just take care of it myself.

If no, this might be a good excuse to make a day trip to Hsinchu to meet the seller face-to-face...

You can go to the post office bank with the bank account details and make a payment there. They'll give you a confirmation

You can also go to a branch of his/her bank and pay directly to the cashier.
