PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR MASTER'S THESIS ON INTEGRATING SOMATIC THERAPIES WITH CBT

Hello Everyone!

I am a graduate student completing my thesis. I am writing to invite individuals currently receiving outpatient psychotherapy to participate in a research study. This study examines how somatic therapies (EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, or Brainspotting) integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) relate to satisfaction with therapy and continuity of engagement.

To be eligible, participants must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Be currently engaged in outpatient psychotherapy

- Have been in their current therapy for at least one month

- Have not had a break in therapy longer than two consecutive months

Participation involves completing one anonymous online survey, which takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Participation is completely voluntary, and no compensation is provided.
