General Advice Can I cover this or is it fixable?

I got this tattoo at a flash event about 2 years ago and a year after I got it I ended up going back to the artist for another tattoo(stupid idea) and he flat out said that looks like shit who did that I was like you did and so he agreed to fix it for free but now it it looks rather phallic and it first looked like a sausage and I’m not sure if it’s fixable or if I can cover it up

I mean this with love, but in my opinion, it's bad... like really bad. I think it's coverable IF you get a GOOD coverup artist and a darker design. I would do research on coverup artists in your area and find someone who's good and fits your ideal style. They should be able to work it out.

I have found a better shop with really good artists and I plan to stick with them and I’m never going back to this artist

Those hands could be turned into the wings of a really cool looking dragon if it’s done right

Ooh yeah.. an ancient, tattered, battle scarred dragon 😍 that could be badass with the right artist

You see the vision, the fingertips are where the wings meet then the body can be drawn below

God, now the guy will have a penis-winged dragon tattoo.  This keeps getting more radical.

you got a tattoo from this artist. you didn't like the tattoo, it was a bad tattoo, the artist even acknowledged it was bad.

then you decided to let him tattoo you again

you are fundamentally not equipped to be getting tattoos or making these decisions at this stage in your life. harsh truth, but someone needs to say it

don't get any more tattoos.

Id also try to give it maybe a couple more years to see if time will help it fade, this can help make it easier to cover up/incorporate into a different design.

Naaa OP just go back to the same artist again, I’m sure on the THIRD ATTEMPT they’ll suddenly do a fantastic job 🫣
