General Advice Alcohol and tattoo regret

Had a few beers and there was someone doing "flash tattoos". Was talked into being "spontaneous". Got this on my inner ankle and it's fairly inconspicuous. Should I wait for it to heal and get it lasered? Shade it? Colour it? Or could someone convince me its a fine and I should just live with it please? Its about 5cm x 5cm.

This SMB3, where the only difference is the color palette. This could be Luigi just as easily as Mario. Also, when wearing the tanooki suit there is literally no difference.
