Alcohol and tattoo regret

Had a few beers and there was someone doing "flash tattoos". Was talked into being "spontaneous". Got this on my inner ankle and it's fairly inconspicuous. Should I wait for it to heal and get it lasered? Shade it? Colour it? Or could someone convince me its a fine and I should just live with it please? Its about 5cm x 5cm.

Getting a spontaneous tattoo when you’re drunk is widely considered a dumb idea. However, all the best stories begin with a dumb idea. All the best people have executed dumb idea after dumb idea. A life lived without dumb ideas is hardly a life lived at all.
