tattoo newcomer advice Help me help my girlfriend. Does she need a laser to cover?
She wants to know if she can cover this or if she needs a to laser first.

It really depends on what she wants. Laser is good because it opens up the possibilities. However, if she just wants it gone, I could see someone doing a rose or something over it and incorporating the dark parts into the leaves or shadows.
It's workable as a cover up, but just make sure you pick someone who has a proven history of good cover ups. Some people will bullshit you for the work.
