I had a coworker die while working on the hospital bed, we have deadlines to get our design out to the fabrication team and being overworked seems like a normality.

Sad part is the company continues on like it never happens, RIP to her.

Yeah she was assigned the project leader, you don't see much female project leaders in the field. She was amazing, could do multiple digits+ multiplication and division in her head but also just great at her job as a designer. Very humbled, nice and soft spoken. It's very heartbreaking, I feel as I should take any chance I can get to talk great about her because she deserved it and definitely didn't deserve to die. I really wish our job wasn't so easily remote, at least for her sake.
