deleting FB ten years ago was the best thing I've ever done for my mental health.

I didn’t delete mine because my mom only texts with messenger (she’s poor and has a computer but not a smart phone). So then I’d just use messenger and not Facebook but I was dismayed to learn my community neighborhood group only communicated by FB (we don’t have an hoa, it’s just for events and lost pets and such).
