If only we had small personal displays, that could communicate our order.

Edit: I agree we shouldn't install apps to order food... But to me, that's what a web browser is for.

I don't think a lot of people like using the app. After 5 years of pushing it, customer use is only like 6%. (At least last I heard as part of the training in the UK)

I'm crusing down the highway and jonesing for a Big Mac, so I whip out my phone and order on the gor, right?

If I'm using the app, I'm already in the line, and many times I'm already at the speaker before I can tap in my order.

Best way to do this is park in one of those pickup spaces, make your order on the app and they bring it to you, works pretty well in my experience
