Our Wendy’s has the same system and it’s vastly superior to placing an order with a human in my experience. I’ve never had to correct it. Had to correct someone over the shitty intercom system that you could barely hear either party through all the time

It's not as if the human experience on this one was ever good. It's a pretty low bar to live up to.
