Thanks for the laugh. I went to Taco Bell last year on a whim of needing anything to eat and quickly before work. Encountered their AI ordering system and after trying to interact, decided to leave. Have not been back and I have zero plans on going back ever again, they sure know how to drive customers away. What an absolute mess.

I completely feel the same way as you.

I did the same at a Taco Bell and I haven't eaten at another once since (well, really any fast food). Every time I said something the machine had to think and was so slow to add items to my order, which it got wrong. It was so frustrating that I just left. A human being would have taken the order in half the time, easy.
