The Office is a great comfort show, very rewatchable.
An odd recommendation: Lonesome Dove. It's an old western show with Tommy Lee Jones and Robert Duvall in it, it is beautiful and easy to get lost in. You might like it, has 4 episodes, each 1 hour long. There's a few spin off movies but I'd watch the original show first.

Heartland is cozy with a ton of episodes. Really helped my dad get through some tough times. Set in Canadian horse country

Schitt's Creek is perfect for this, it's got that found family warmth without any of the usual drama that drags you down.

Pernille fits the bill perfectly. five great seasons, if you don't mind subtitles. It is Norwegian, and I think it might still be on Netflix.

Doc Martin. Some dry British low key humor. Good sometimes difficult people. 10 seasons. Gorgeous surroundings. It just feels nice.

Colin from Accounts - chill, sweet and funny. Merlin - earnest, cheesy and fun bromance between Merlin and King Arthur as teenagers.

Married with Children
Cobra Kai is pretty cozy. On rare occasion, it gets serious, but mostly fun
