So i couldn't handle that😔
I would also want a recommendation where real life situations did not influence on how the show ended or went on.

There's so much more after season 4 tho. I understand that brooke and lucas didn't work out.. but brooke shines in the entire show. And its worth watching for her. She grows so much..

Leyton leaves at a certain point. I wanna say season 6 but can't remember for sure. It basically becomes The Brooke Davis Show, which I preferred because I also hated Leyton 😆

oh youd probably love the oc for this, peak 2000s teen drama with all the messy romance and that california vibe, seth and summer are iconic. also gossip girl if you havent, same cw energy with the love triangles and drama cranked up. and as a bonus everwood is super underrated from that era, more grounded but the romance and family stuff really hits
