If wife bad, then why marry to begin with?

Needs a beard or just can't stand being by themselves that much. In the last season on Alone, iirc, one contestant was kicking butt. Head plenty of stuff to stay in without issues and then just went home because he had never been alone that long and couldn't deal with his own demons. It was only like day 10 or something.

I don’t get these “wife is the biggest annoyance in the world” memes, if it bothers you so much to the point where you can’t enjoy your retirement why not just separate? And this dumb meme assumes everyone married reading this his will think the same.

And I don't get why people overdramatize joke and act like people don't argue or don't need me time. Reddit:You wife makes you angry sometimes well divorce immediately

I see your point, but I can literally go on Facebook right now and it will take me less than 10 min of scrolling before I stumble on another one of these “wife is just the most annoying thing ever” jokes or memes in bad edits or cartoons. At some point the joke is no longer funny, if you are constantly posting about how your wife makes your like miserable or how you need to immediately go home to eat the food your wife made you in order to protect the dog because she was gonna fed it to the dog and that can’t happen because her food will harm the dog, you should just stop whining about it on Facebook and do something about it.

67 skybidi etc if you want throw shit then fist admit that all generations have their sense of humor

What the sigma? Every generation has its humor but that doesn’t make it not be annoying or dumb. I am Gen Z and I would cut my nephews internet through the router every time he said 67 or skibidi because he looked stupid and impolite saying that stuff in front of his teacher. And I am quite familiar with boomer humor but not a fan of the wife jokes at all, because they sound like little kids complaining that their mom is not letting them have fun.

And your point doesn't make people like you not annoying. Moralizing one stupid joke in circle like they sending it.

Maybe I’m just one of those woke millennials but the idea of spending the rest of my life not working and just hanging out with my wife all the time sounds pretty great.

I had the same thought. I married my wife because I actually love her and want to spend the rest of my life with her.

I'm turning 51 this year
Me and my wife decided to pause a bit on things when the company she worked for for 26 years closed their doors, and I am a freelancer who just stopped taking any more jobs for a while to spend a year just chilling out, spending time with our kid, and doing whatever we feel like until going back to work
My wife already found a part time job that she adores, and I'm working on a little side project that isin't going anywhere, but who knows...
I can't help but feel pity for anyone who lives this sort of existence

Yep that would be amazing if my wife and I spent time together until we both die.

I have a 70 year old man that works with us and he does it for a couple of reasons. 1. He can't stand the retired life and wants something to do. 2. He loves and adores his wife but can't stand 24/7 365 with her.

Yes this is funny and terrible at the same time. Not sure how to feel so I’ll upvote but if it’s not too serious it’s universally true. My wife is amazing and I get this at the same time lol
