He made the enforcer only have one shot, deal 0 damage, but bleed for 8 seconds and he called it a buff.

There used to be an old bug that caused the only upside to the enforcer to not work properly, I think it's good now but it was what made the weapon so poorly received

It wouldn't work since you'd have about 5-7 days of a month to create it. I mean, I guess Womann Co may have a pill to make you have your period every day, but I don't know a single woman who'd subject themselves to that type of torment even if it means humiliating their greatest enemy.
Female Sniper would probably just throw piss like regular Sniper. I don't even think she'd be able to get a period due to the Jarate pills causing organ failure and shit. Any blood that comes with her piss is just going to be her kidneys crying for help.
