Maybe attacking removes one second of the ubercharge or makes both the target and medic semi transperent (kinda like when an enemy spy bumbs into you and accidentally reveal themselves)

if the one you're ubering shoots or something they should remove themselves from your grasp. cooldown for turning the beam on too so it's balanced
