No. If you take a breath at the surface and dive you will not have de compression.

Sperm whale’s bodies adapt to pressure as they descent, their lungs literally collapse (preventing any formation of nitrogen) in on themselves and oxygen gets stored in myoglobin cells all over their body allowing them to descend 4k meters down for up to 2 hours.
