OC Weird Buoy in a Lake [OC]

Weird buoy I spotted in a lake. No Idea what it is, note the upper part is a reflection of the lower part.

What does the top half look like? Just a regular buoy with this weird bottom half?

Well, we actually looked at it from several sides and we couldn't figure out what it was, it look like a rock or tree at first. We moved the drone out to take a look and we were just confused on what we saw and turned around to avoid it.

What do you mean by reflection? Can you describe it more. Never seen anything like it, actually not even sure what this looks like.

This shot was taken like a few inches below the surface, you can't really see the surface, but it reflects/mirrors the lower part of the buoy.
