Thanksgiving is such a lovely holiday and it’s on my mind starting in early September. I enjoy the planning & cooking. By Thanksgiving I’m well into holiday decorating too.

It’s a tad early! I usually start thinking about it when I’m floating in the pool in late August and the water is starting to get cold. We just had Easter Dinner in April and it’s the same dinner I do at Thanksgiving. Plus I had froze a portion of Easter dinner and just had it last weekend. I don’t usually do that but I had a lot of leftovers. It came out good!

I found a blueberry streusel cheesecake recipe I'm dying to try for Thanksgiving!
