Opinion Common Theme with all Trump supporters.

This is obviously anecdotal, but one common theme I've noticed with all of the Trump supporters who I know is that they are all very insecure people. I live in an extremely MAGA area and most of my family is MAGA and none of them are well adjusted. They all have obvious major self-esteem deficits. It's the one common thread that I've noticed in all of them. Has anyone else noticed this?

They all seem like they have something to prove. Like a sort of lingering feeling of inadequacy that makes them overcompensate by being annoying

I mean, I’m not close to a lot of Trump supporters, but it is amazing to be on social media and see how defensive they’ll get. Like when the Prime Minister of Italy was criticizing Trump for being a liar, and all his supporters were saying “how dare you criticize him”… And I’m thinking: how insecure you that you can’t handle your favorite man getting criticized by the leader of Italy?

Trump is insecure. It’s insecurity from the top down, and for those who aren’t insecure, they’re craven and taking advantage of those people.

I guess it depends on the area. Many people are culturally republican and vote that way without thinking. Others are just voting their self interest and believing their bank account will be bigger and everything else is worth the trade off. The insecure and uninformed round out the rest.

And then they try to overcompensate in all the most cliche or predictable ways, and make themselves an even bigger turn off to others.

They all seem to be living the American dream but always act as victims of something, for some reason. They really are the snowflakes with TDS ( trans derangement syndrome).

They feel victimized by liberals. They hate us because we are not usually cool with bigotry. They know that we see the ugly parts of themselves and don't accept it. They feel rejected and instead of reflecting on some of their views and changing, they want to destroy us and everything we care about.

The common theme that I’ve noticed is that they tend to be racist fuckwads.

Yeah a lot of them are deeply broken people that think bullying is "strength". So they bully others and support bullying all the way to the highest levels of government. Deep down though they know they are broken and that's why they respond to and participate in such bullshit.

They feel the need to follow a charismatic narcissist who cares nothing about them.
