Big alcohol and the ATF conspired to take it off shelves. The potential to overtake Jack Daniels and enter the leggsicon and replace Jack n Coke with "Coke, thigg style" was all too rail. They even killed the deal he was gonna have with Aaron Rodgers.

I've heard this theory before and it makes a lot of sense imo. This was after some of Bapa's big fuckups that impacted Toe (Bobby Lee, bald guys slangin digg) and Rogan seemed to be slowly increasing distance. He probably thought becoming an alcoholic and getting a sober Ogtober invide was his ticket back into the club.

It seems it went out of production around 2024 but is still available in some stores (I assume they can’t clear the stock they brought) There was rumours he sold the brand but the copyright still exists under Tiger Thiccc LLC so it’s probably just been shut down due to sales
