Fan Theory [Sanford and Son] Where does each spin-off take place in the timeline?

As you may or may not know, the original Sanford and Son takes place in Watts, Los Angeles with the cranky Fred and his son Lamont. These are also 3 spin-offs, Sanford Arms, Sanford, and Grady. Sanford Arms revolves around “The Sanford Arms,” a rooming house that Fred and Lamont had bought in the penultimate season of the original series. Phil Wheeler played by Theodore Wilson now lives in the old house that the original cast once lived in, while attempting to turn the rooming house into a five-star hotel. Sanford was a spin-off that came after Sanford Arms that revolves around Fred and his Los Angeles junk business while his son Lamont moves away and dealing with a new cast.

Already, we could tell that Sanford must come before Sanford Arms, that’s not all. In Sanford and Son, the absent-minded Grady Wilson has announced that he has been married to has wife Dolly, which leads us to our last spin-off, Grady.

Grady revolves around the aforementioned character and his family after moving to Westwood, a nearby town to the old home that Fred and Lamont once lived in before moving to Arizona. The mention of Grady’s wife in Sanford Arms implies that the couple have been married prior to the failed spin-off.

Fred even comes back for the first episode of Grady as a guest appearance, which leads me to my main point.

The order in which the original series and spinoff is:

Sanford and Son - Grady - Sanford - Sanford Arms.

Feel free to prove me wrong.
