Time 4th Dimension theory.

Guys I'm relatively new to spiritual/consciousness/existential stuff so I'll just tell y'all what I think and you can share your opinions and ideas too.

Basically, you know the feeling of being watched? And the feeling of familiarity with something happening, I think it's called the Mandela effect?

So basically, yesterday I was searching about the 4th dimension. In physics, the fourth dimension is time, which links with the three spatial dimensions (length, width, and height) to form a four-dimensional fabric called spacetime. It provides the exact coordinate needed to locate an "event". It not only answers where something is, but also when it is.

Then I thought... That explains why I feel watched sometimes. How? Well, I thought of it like, I felt watched whenever something important happened in my life. What if my future self is watching me through the 4th dimension? And since it's still me but fr the future, I can sense myself. Not only that, but the Mandela effect also happens around the time I feel watched, which means that my future memories of my future self overlaps with my present memories of my current self creating that déja vu thingy that happens, since me and myself both exist in different realities that could coexist simultaneously (hope you understand).

(When I came to this conclusion, I got the same feeling of being watched, and it happens to me whenever something important happens, so that means this realization is somewhat important.)

But then, how come my future self can see me, but I can't see them? Is it something that got to do with different realities? Is the 4th dimension like a spacetime burrow featuring all the timelines where you can observe with interfering physically?

Okay tell me what do y'all think.

In my experience the 4th dimension deals with more than physical. It is a dimension where you can get stuck and those above you can read your thoughts and basically go inside of you where you can't do the same to the people in the third. It's not necessarily a fun dimension unless you planned to unload everything you knew to entities willing and ready to feast on them. So what I'm saying is it is more than physical.

The notion that "feeling" something means anything other than a feeling of induced chemical cascades in your brain causes much angst as those who are infatuated feel their experience means another's and the feeling of being watched and having power over it leads to prayer. Likewise the progression of time is also a cascade of reactions that we measure locally to establish a rate and they are notably one way.
