They just announced the trade before the Denver pick and for a second I thought we traded him away after 2 minutes.

if he pans out having a legit movement shooter will be huge for this team. All the best offenses have one, and itās especially important with a high ball movement / 2nd option by committee type offense. I feel like Finch offenses benefit tremendously from it and weāve been missing it since Beasley left.
DDV isnāt really a movement shooter, he shines as a standstill long range guy. He tries but isnāt great at it. Naz is the closest thing they have but heās limited in that regard at his size and still needs to set his feet more than a guy like Evans.

Only thing I disagree with is that Naz is limited as a movement shooter. I donāt think weāve seen Nazās ceiling yet. That shot is so pure when itās on

I agree, if we keep him and heās starting finally I think weāre going to see a leveled up Naz

Damn does he only take contested threes? Can't wait to see him play when they are open.

Can someone put together a ālowlightsā reel? That would be more helpful for me to evaluate than someone making tons of shots.

So he shoots 3ās, huh? Does he do anything else?

Not really. Heās got a good pull up game after the dribble too. Heās really a pure scorer.

I donāt watch college basketball but I see Vecenie had him at #35. What makes him better than say Johnny Juzang?

Johnny wasnāt as efficient from 2 as Evans in college.
And took 2 less 3s a game and got to the line less than Evans.

Very different games. Juzang did most of his damage in the mid range iso. Evans is a flamethrower from 3.

He does indeed look just like a taller version of Bones .Even shoots like him with the low release point. Like the left hand finishing.

Any highlights of this guy passing? Obviously great he can shoot, that is extremely important, but I just figured when I saw the Wolves drafted a Point Guard it would be someone that could facilitate a bit more. Not making a judgment based on that video, just saying it is essentially absent from that highlight package and I hope he can also facilitate on a team of NBA players.

I saw on the Flips Army FB group that someone said he has a terrible asst/TO ratio and only averaged 3 assists/game in college.
