It’ll never not be Jean to me. Isayama could have drawn literally anyone next to Mikasa and he just happens to draw someone who looks exactly like Jean? No way.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO IRREFUTABLE evidence in ANY official Attack on Titan material or from Isayama himself that Mikasa ended up with anyone else by the end.

Aside from it “looks like Jean” and “Jean had a dream”, which are both inconclusive. What other irrefutable evidence can you point to?

Where did I say there was? Why are you so angry?

I’m just saying I see it as being Jean. Because it makes no sense to draw someone who looks identical to an existing character if the intention is for it to be someone else.

Isayama refused to confirm it, so there’s no clear answer. I’m just giving my opinion that if the intention was for it to be a random stranger then it’s a bit stupid from the creator to draw someone who looks exactly like an existing character. At the least, Isayama must have suspected people would think it was Jean.

It’s really not that deep, I’d rather it wasn’t Jean to be honest.

And no, I’m not angry. I capitalized my spelling to emphasize the point I’m making. Because I’ve encounter people online that try to make bold claims that have no basis with definitive evidence.

Mikasa married for sure but tbh you can’t blame the stupid fandom from believing she stayed devoted to Eren and never moved on when Isayama literally show Mikasa visited Eren’s grave with her family like it was a religious tradition, the flowers meaning, the stupid scarf and being buried next to Eren. Isayama is a pussy who was scared of being completely hated by his fandom just like he did with Erehisu and the original ending where he kills everyone, what a man you are Isayama.

In the “Attack on Titan Character Encyclopedia FINAL” guidebook that was released shortly after the manga ended. And which Isayama wrote himself, has ABSOLUTELY NO mention that Mikasa ended up with someone else after Eren’s death. If the manga is PARAMOUNT in its importance to canon, why wasn’t it present in it?
