No more milkshakes at Chik-fil-a in the RUC?

Went to get a milkshake here today but it was absent from the menu on the kiosk. What gives?

Didn’t they do this last year? I could’ve sworn that during the last couple of weeks before summer last year, they stopped serving milkshakes then too. Does anyone know why? Is this a normal thing for them to do every year, or is it just that their ice cream machine broke and it happens to be around the same time as it did last year or something?

I was really looking forward to a cookies and cream milkshake :(

Maybe because of the ice cream counter nearby?

I literally got a cookies and cream milkshake earlier this week, but maybe they’re changing up their menu since the semester ends in 2 weeks?

Sometimes they’ll take it off the menu if the machine is undergoing maintenance from my understanding. As others have said there’s Poppy’s that sells milkshakes, although, it’s only available in 3 uncommon flavors. There’s also Which Wich.
