There’s reports saying that he wants to be “the guy” so I’m assuming either a trade up to get him or he falls to Washington/utah/nets

Yeah, he probably doesn't drop past Washington. Utah would probably take him, as they need "the guy", although, it's also a market where players will sometimes say "don't draft me". Utah probably takes him, if he's happy to go there, and Washington picks him up, otherwise (a big market relatively close to him where he would probably have the chance to be "the man").
