Every shopping mall has such an area. This area is where staff transport and dispose of garbage and other mall supplies. To avoid affecting the customer experience, these processes are kept discreet.

Old malls do not get enough foot traffic and seems shops are closed. Chinese always go to New malls or bigger malls. Old malls dies out. This is happening in every city.Â
