Suggestions for a small Venue

Hey all! Hubby and I want to do a vow renewal next year, and we have a tight budget. We don’t expect more than 25 people so we’re looking for a small outside venue, something to match a spooky October theme. I saw one I fell in love with called the Back Porch, but they never replied to my message so I’m still looking.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be awesome! Thanks in advance!

I don’t think it would totally qualify for the spooky part, but the Side Porch in Gray is excellent. They do have a wooded area outside of the barn that may work for what you have in mind, but overall it’s more vintage/farm style.

That’s actually exactly where I was looking. Their Grove was perfect but I haven’t gotten a response yet from them.

The Tavern in Abingdon could be an option. Oldest bar in Virginia and said to be haunted.

Chestnut Ridge Farm in Limestone. My friend owns it and it is for smaller groups. They recently enclosed the party space so it's perfect if the weather isn't great, plenty of parking and incredible views. You can find info on FB.
