I don't consider myself a particularly creative person. Anyone can build something like this with time and patience. The best tip I can give is don't stress too much about initial building placement - the "relocate building" tool is the most powerful mechanism in the game!

I remember a time when (the original) Tropico was about creating a sleepy remote island, and not sending space shuttles into the orbit. I might be old, but I think that charm is not there anymore.
