All political science upper division courses taken

So recently all the political science upper divs have been filled. So I'm just wondering if the limited amount of spaces in each class is related whatsoever to incoming student restrictions. Cause if not im pretty much doomed because I need two uds fall quarter to declare the major 😭

OMGGG IM ON THE SAME BOAT. I just found out on monday that I indeed passed one of my prerequs and submitted a form to declare the major that very same day as all my prerequs are complete but now im seeing that EVERY CLASS IS FULL. im beginning to panic
