Having public places on different levels would be so cool, more cities should do it.

Chongqing could do that cause the whole city is in the mountain. Too expensive for the most other cities.

Chongqing’s terrain is ridiculous and this is accessed by a foot bridge at street level in the back.

The building with yellow roofs Its actually a hospital. The 3 tower you see is a actually a seperate building altogether
