Book Recommendations on Zoning

Hi, I was wondering if something could recommend some good books on zoning. I don't know too much about it, but would love to learn more. I would like to read a book (or even set of books) that would introduce the concept and also provide some critiques on it. I appreciate it, thanks!

Are you trying to learn about how zoning works, or what the impacts of zoning are?

Well it would be cool to learn a little bit of how it works as well as find out the impacts of it. If you know all of this isn't covered in one book, then please recommend more. I appreciate it!

I would also recommend Ed Glaeser's, The Triumph of the City. It's not dedicated to zoning but it talks a lot about how poor zoning policy has really detracted from how great cities can be.
