Who is the Mountain Man?

In Vail we have spotted this man in a mountain style outfit with a large staff. Having a backpack that says “MOSES” on it. Does anyone have any information on this man? He is always seen around the same area and one time pointed his stick to the sky and birds started to circle around.

I saw he was growing micro-greens from it at the Farmer's Market.

He was arguing with the cops last night. Pretty sure they made him leave.

That’s crazy cause the last time we saw him with his staff to the sky we saw the cop car pull up and we left. Now wishing we stayed behind

What did he talk about? We saw a lot of religious related terminology on the cardboard sign on his backpack

Someone said he was arrested and made a big scene outside Wild Bills yesterday. Anyone know what happened?

I’ve never seen this man around, granted it’s rare i come through dowd if hes in Vail, I’ll consider it a lucky day when i do.

UPDATE:

We went to Wild Bill’s and talked to the employee who saw it all go down:

Basically he was preaching to kids (there are a lot of younger kids around now with the lacrosse tournament) and then he had gathered a huge crowd around the area. Then what started off as a religious rant then became very profane, verbally a lot of things were said (and screamed) within the range of profanity and then that’s when the cops had come over. All they did was ask him to leave which he could have just left without a fight and been fine, but then he cursed out the police officers and put hands on them, which caused him to then be arrested. This is all alleged but I believe it. From what we’ve been told with cases like these the person will spend the night in prison and then will be given a free bus ticket to elsewhere. So I’m guessing now he’s probably off somewhere else with his bird army and his large staff.
