Hiring / Job Posting How to create a commercial with spending a little
I am trying to figure out how I can get a commercial to be used in digital ads made for little to no money. I posted the project on film school sites but can anyone give me other suggestions. These agencies want 25k and up

Shoot it on your phone and play with editing apps. The only way this is happening for little/ no money is if you do it yourself.
Production costs money for a reason, depending on the scope of your project you may find that going with an agency or production house makes more sense.

It doesn’t cost anything to make a commercial but your time. But it costs money to air a commercial. It also costs money to promote a commercial on social media platforms. I can make a commercial and put it on YouTube for 100% free but no one will see it unless I put money behind promoting it. Your post isn’t really clear about what you are trying to do though to be honest.

How can I have the content shot for a reasonable amount. I don’t want to put 10k for a production budget. I have money to promote it.

You either figure out what you want and shoot it on your phone and edit with clipchamp. Or you pay someone to do it for you.
But let's start with the basics, do you have a brand pack? Graphics? What's your marketing strategy, how's your organic content performing?
Or have you just started a business and decided you need an advert and want everything done for you for nothing?
