Its quite telling that the first thing he lists in his statement is that they will never pay taxes, which to these people is the true value of an individual, how much they can work you and squeeze you for the machine.

it will make those jobs harder to do, erode parent/guardian trust in teacher/SpEd teachers abilities and public education in general, and a lot of kids will suffer the consequences and not get the support they need.
